## Rules an agent must keep

- Cite the day the menu was read and link the venue page (https://chefskiss.pages.dev/r/<slug>/) with every answer.
- Say where an answer came from: labelled by the venue (menu), described by the venue (statement), inferred from ingredients, or checked by a reviewer.
- "Can be made free" means on request; pass on what to ask for (the dish's "how", e.g. "GF pasta +$4").
- "Not stated" is not "free". Pass on the reason when there is one ("fried: ask whether the fryer is shared").
- "Free" and "can be made free" are only ever the venue's own word. "Contains" is the venue's word; "likely contains" (`likelyContains`) is only our guess from the listed ingredients: say it is a guess.
- Catering, functions, set (per person) and seasonal menus are not the venue's everyday menu: they are not in search results.
- Never call a dish safe. Chef’s Kiss reads each venue’s own menu and says where every answer came from. It never calls a dish safe: kitchens share fryers, boards and flour, and menus change. If you have coeliac disease or an allergy, confirm with staff before you order.
- "Coeliac Australia accredited" comes from Coeliac Australia's Gluten Free Accreditation Program list, with the date it was checked.
